Doypos — Restaurant Management System

A restaurant system that brings ordering, tabs, payments and kitchen management into one panel — with iOS and Android apps.

The project

Doypos is a restaurant management system I built so that restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries and hotel restaurants can run their whole operation from a single screen. Taking orders at the table, managing tabs, collecting payments, sending tickets to the kitchen and tracking stock all live in the same panel. Alongside the web panel I also developed the iOS and Android apps.

It runs as a SaaS: many businesses share the same infrastructure, and each one manages its own menu, tables and staff.

The problem

In small and mid-sized venues, orders were taken on paper, tabs were kept by hand, the kitchen and the floor lost track of each other, and at the end of the day revenue and stock never matched. Doypos moves that whole chain online: the order is taken at the table, appears instantly on the kitchen screen, and payment is completed in the same flow.

Modules

• **Tabs & POS:** table and tab management, split payments, live floor view (occupied / free / reserved)
• **QR menu and table ordering:** guests open the menu on their phone, order and pay
• **Kitchen display (KDS):** paperless tickets with preparation status
• **Self-service kiosk:** a screen mode where guests place their own orders
• **Reservations:** online table booking with approval from the panel
• **Stock & cost:** per-item cost and margin, critical stock alerts (SMS / email)
• **Product variants:** sizes, extras and price options
• **Reporting:** daily, weekly and monthly revenue; sales trends
• **AI menu assistant:** a chef assistant that chats with guests and suggests dishes
• **Integrations:** connections to existing POS, accounting and payment providers

Under the hood

A multi-tenant backend, a browser-based admin panel and iOS / Android apps that share the same API. The order flow is real-time: floor, kitchen and cashier see the same data at the same moment.
